1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") govern the entire relationship between you (the "Player" or "User") and 7u7app (the "Platform" or "Operator") with respect to your use of the website located at 7u7app.vip and all associated services, including but not limited to casino gaming, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional activities, payment services, and customer support.

By completing the account registration process, by clicking any "I agree" or "Accept" checkbox, or by simply continuing to use any feature of the 7u7app platform after these Terms have been made available to you, you are deemed to have read and unconditionally accepted these Terms. Your acceptance is binding from the moment you first use the platform.

7u7app reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 7u7app, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming and/or sports betting is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 7u7app or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You have not previously had an account on 7u7app that was terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement or responsible gaming restriction that would prohibit you from accessing gambling platforms.

7u7app reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Acceptable identity documents include government-issued national ID cards, passports, and driving licences. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating Your Account

Where duplicate accounts are identified, 7u7app reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any winnings generated across duplicate accounts, and apply a permanent ban on further registration.

3.4 Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any other person. 7u7app strongly recommends using a unique, strong password for your account and enabling two-factor authentication where available. 7u7app will never contact you to request your password. If you receive any such communication, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 7u7app support without delay. 7u7app will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, restrict further access to the account pending resolution. However, 7u7app cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised use of an account where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7u7app supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed via secure, encrypted channels. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time; the current list of supported methods is always displayed on the cashier page of the platform.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 7u7app is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the platform, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your 7u7app wallet almost instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 7u7app does not charge any deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 7u7app takes no responsibility.

All funds deposited into your 7u7app wallet must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Where third-party funding is detected, the deposit may be reversed, the funds returned, and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 7u7app may require you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification — including submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership — before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a certain threshold. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. 4.4 Anti-Money-Laundering Policy

7u7app is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. The platform reserves the right to request additional documentation, delay transactions, or report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where there are reasonable grounds to suspect misuse. Depositing funds with no genuine intent to use them for gaming activity before withdrawing constitutes suspicious financial behaviour and will be investigated accordingly.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Providers and RNG Certification

• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform or any connected game software. Any exploit must be reported immediately to [email protected]; failure to report a known exploit is itself a breach of these Terms.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, betting odds, or bonus conditions.
• Using any VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or security controls applied by the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward any member of the 7u7app support team or other players on the platform.
• Accessing the platform if you are subject to an active self-exclusion agreement or if you know or reasonably suspect that you have a gambling problem.

7u7app employs technical systems and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, the platform reserves the right to suspend account access, withhold pending withdrawals, and conduct an investigation. The outcome of such investigations, including any decision to close an account or forfeit balances, is at the sole discretion of 7u7app and is final.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal processing times and identity verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not been fully wagered will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 7u7app

7u7app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

Where an account is suspended or closed by 7u7app due to a breach of these Terms, any funds remaining in the account wallet may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, 7u7app reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the wallet balance, including any winnings generated during the period of the breach.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

8.5 Governing Language and Disputes

These Terms are written and shall be construed in the English language. All decisions made by 7u7app in relation to disputes are final and binding, subject only to any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.
